Who am I?

My name is John DeLima, a registered broker with the Real Estate Council of Ontario since September 1988 and a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board since January 1989.

I started my Real Estate career with Canada Group Realty Corp. January 1989, a very well known firm in central Toronto. It was one of the most rewarding and enjoyable 2 years of my young career.

From 1991 to 1997 in an effort to further service my clients and enhance my experience in the industry, I joined a franchise known as HomeLife/City Hill Realty Inc. Through those years as one of their sales representatives, I always met or exceeded their expectations in sales, listings and service to the public.

1998 to July 2000- Co-opened a Real Estate firm known as Homestar Realty Inc with another Broker.

August 2000 to April 2007- Started and operated DELIMA REALTY INC. in the west end of Toronto.

Although my years working on my own as an independent were very beneficial to me as a professional and very rewarding, I felt it was time, once again to join a franchise name.

The knowledge I have acquired over the years not only help me understand the needs and requirements of those I service, but also contributed to your ultimate decision.

As a Real Estate professional, I have through all these years endeavoured to service my current and any future clients with honesty, due diligence, and professional to the best of my ability. These are a few of the reasons behind my success and my referral network which account for the majority of my business.
